Spaces4kids mirrors, safety first! Plastic mirrors are for children’s settings where heavy glass mirrors are completely unsuitable. Our mirrors are cut/moulded from tough plastics specially selected for all round performance including: optical quality, hammer tough non-shatter resistance to impact, absence of sharp edges and ease of cleaning. Their slim profile (approx 2mm) means lightness so they won’t injure if they are dropped or fall.
Please note that thicker acrylic mirrors have a slightly better optical quality than our plastic mirrors but will shatter into sharp pieces if they drop off a wall or if they are hit/impacted with force. Our mirrors put safety first which makes them most suitable for use with children of all needs and abilities.
